At franchise mining consulting we are pre-disposed to sourcing for solid minerals for prospective investors. This is largely due to the fact that we have and still undertaking exploration of various solid minerals, mostly in northern part of Nigeria.
Miners and sellers usually work on ex-warehouse and ex-site delivery systems.
Under the ex-warehouse system, the responsibility of sourcing, packaging and transportation of the product to the buyer’s warehouse is handled by the seller/miner. While under the ex-site system, the seller would only have to bother about sourcing and packaging, because the product would be delivered at the mining site or somewhere close to the mining site.
Some of the minerals we have sourced and explored here in Nigeria include: lead ore, lithium ore, tin ore, niobium ore ,tantalum ore, zinc ore, manganese ore, zircon sands, monazite sands, copper ore, molybdenum ore, antimony ore, gold ore, silver ore,platinium ore, palladium ore,barites,bitumen,tungsten ore, various gemstones(Quartz,aquamarine,ruby,sapphire,emerald,zircon,opal,amethyst etc).
Below is the articles of our contract for the sourcing of solid minerals in Nigeria
(1) It is hereby on notice that an agreement has been reached between franchise consulting herein referred to as the(consultant) and ruby Nigeria Ltd herein referred to as the (company) to enter into a contract for the purpose of procuring lead ore 50%
(2) It is pertinent to note that the consultant will source for miners/sellers of lead ore 50%
(3) Furthermore, there has been an agreement between the consultant and the company that this agreement will be in force for the supply of 300MT trail and 500MT monthly afterwards. The agreement can only be terminated by mutual agreement.
(4) Subsequently, it is agreed that the consultant would be paid N50,000 as consultancy fee before the signing of this agreement and N3,500 per of the total quantity of good bought within a given day into the consultant nominated account.
(5) The company will be responsible for the cost of feeding, accommodation and transportation of the consultant.
(6) Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
